I am a Mobile Complementary Therapist, Massage Therapist and Reflexologist, working within an 8 mile radius of my home in Caterham, Surrey, taking in areas such as Caterham, Chaldon, Old Coulsdon, Purley, Redhill, Reigate, Godstone, Whyteleafe and Woldingham.(click here for full list of areas I cover).
Your treatments take place within the peace and comfort of your own home, enabling you to enjoy the feeling of relaxation and wellbeing and allowing you to rest afterwards, giving you the chance to enjoy all the benefits of the therapy. As I bring everything I need with me, all you need to do is enjoy the relaxation... with no need for you to drive home afterwards! If you live too far away for me to travel to you, I also have some Virtual treatments such as Distance Reiki which you can find by clicking on the Reiki and Virtual Therapies tab at the top of this page. Every treatment is tailored to you as an individual and within the context of your own lifestyle and health - I will always consult with you beforehand to allow me to help address any changes in either.

What is Complementary Therapy?
Complementary Therapy is not an alternative to medical advice, and as a Complementary Therapist I will always respect any advice given to you by your medical practitioner. Treatments are holistic, which means that the "whole person" is treated i.e. mind body and spirit. It is said that 75% of patients visiting their GP surgery are suffering with stress or stress-related illnesses, so there is great benefit to be gained by pursuing deep relaxation in the form of therapies such as Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki. As your body relaxes, it is able to rebalance and heal, enabling many conditions to improve. But each individual person will experience their own benefits, as we are all individual! A full consultation is an integral part of any initial treatment, to ensure the treatment is appropriate for you, and also that it is tailored specifically for you. I would never diagnose or claim to cure, and will always refer you to your GP if appropriate.

My interest in Complementary Therapies began around 2001, after studying for a couple of beauty qualifications whilst working in a different field. Since then, I have achieved professional qualifications in many different Complementary Therapies, and have not stopped learning since!
Fully qualified in Holistic Reflexology, Massage and Indian Head Massage, I am also a Reiki Master. I have pursued further qualifications in many areas including Advanced Reflexology techniques and pre-conceptual care for couples about to start trying for a family, Fertility and Maternity Reflexology and Pregnancy Massage and Crystal Reflexology. I also have Level 2 qualifications in Nutrition and Health, Counselling Skills and recently completed the MASCED Accredited Programme, designed for therapists, which aims to significantly raise awareness of changes on the skin to promote the early detection of melanoma, to improve prognosis and ultimately save lives.
I am a fully qualified teacher and Assessor with QTLS status and for several years I taught the ITEC Reflexology Diploma, ITEC Massage Diploma and ITEC and City and Guilds Indian Head Massage Diploma at Sutton College (all accredited professional courses). I also taught many workshops including Fertility and Maternity Reflexology, Hand Reflexology, Relaxation and Stress Reduction techniques.
I have considerable experience providing therapies for the elderly as well as those with various health conditions such as dementia and also for those receiving palliative care. I also regularly provide massage and reflexology for adults with autism and learning disabilities as well as providing Wellbeing Therapies for corporate clients.
As a fully qualified Reflexologist I have been a member of The Association of Reflexologists and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council for many years and am fully insured for all my therapies with The British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (BABTAC).
I am continuing to follow government, industry guidelines and best practice procedures for working in a Covid-secure way to ensure the well-being of all my clients and also myself, whilst also trying to return to some normality! Please contact me to reschedule if you have any Covid or cold symptoms or have been in contact with anybody who has Covid symptoms or has tested positive for Covid. I will still be wearing a mask to appointments and it is totally your choice if you wear a mask too (but it would be great if you would!) - as I can see several clients in a day, this enables me to ensure protection for both yourself, myself and all of my clients especially those who are clinically extremely vulnerable.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you are feeling unwell or are experiencing any Covid or flu-like symptoms (see below)…so that we can reschedule your appointment.
General fatigue/aches and pains
Loss or change to sense of smell/taste
Temperature/high pulse rate
Any new rashes/bumps on skin or toes
Please allow 7 days after you have had your Covid vaccination (either first, second jab or booster) before booking your appointment. This has been advised by the NHS and industry associations to allow for any potential side effects to subside.
